“What’s the sizing like? How do I choose my size?”
Our pieces run true to size, but fit can vary depending on the style. Each clothing piece includes a size guide with exact measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. DM us your height/weight for personalized help! @velith.us
“How long does shipping take?”
Premade items ship in 3–5 business days after processing. For preorders, production usually takes 3–6 weeks. Once your preorder item arrives to us and passes quality check, it ships out in 3–5 business days. If your order includes both premade and preorder items, everything will ship together unless you check out separately. @velith.us
“What is your return/exchange policy?”
We accept exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn and still has tags. Because many pieces are made to order, we do not offer refunds after purchase. If you need help with sizing before ordering, DM us anytime! @velith.us
